Not only redefine our image within and outside of our community but also to create tangible opportunities for fellow Latinas.

WHY is this important?
By providing financial help, which is often a barrier, Latinas will become a step closer to challenging themselves to pursue an experience that will enhance their career such as research for STEM, study abroad, take a masterclass, or even get a real estate license.
One of the biggest problems we continue to face as Latinas is the lack of available resources to pursue and enhance our careers to seek diverse opportunities.

So what fearz did we conquer?
The fears we decided to take on were meticulously chosen in a way where we challenged ourselves in the social, emotional, and physical aspects of our life.
They are also separated by difficulty levels with the aim to allow us to envision ourselves obtaining more than we can dream of.
We see this as an opportunity to overcome the smaller fears that may stop us from learning something big.
